Give every patient a companion between visits.
Dose Compass supports adults participating in clinician-supervised GLP-1 programs. Patients track clinic-approved routines, adherence, side effects, labs, and questions, then invite your team to review. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or direct medication changes.
Between-visit visibility
Review patient-shared adherence, reported side effects, hydration, strength activity, and supportive nutrition routines between appointments.
Flags without diagnostic claims
Persistent or worsening patient-reported symptoms and notable lab changes are organized for review—not interpreted as a diagnosis.
A structured pre-visit summary
Patients arrive with dates, routines, observations, labs, and specific questions instead of trying to reconstruct the weeks between visits.
Patient-controlled access
Access is granted by patient invitation, view-only by default. If they enable suggestions, your proposed changes stay pending until the patient accepts.
What it is not
- • Not a medical device, an EHR, or a diagnostic system.
- • Not a source of dosing or treatment decisions — medication and care decisions remain with the prescribing clinician.
- • Not a data grab: the patient owns the record, controls who sees it, and can revoke access or delete it at any time.
How access works
- 1. Your patient sends an invitation from their account to your email.
- 2. You accept and create a clinician login — you only ever see patients who invited you.
- 3. You review adherence, reported side effects, labs, and questions, and can leave suggestions the patient must approve.

Reviewing is free for invited clinicians. Request a clinic demo to see how Dose Compass can support semaglutide and tirzepatide programs between visits.
